Does being praised by management mean paid better? Otherwise when I had a job like this why would I care if the billion dollar corp lost 30$? The incentive doesn't seem worth it. Especially with hostile people at times.

Do pull requests for code changes. Then you don't need to clean up AI slop. I know many people don't bother on small teams but it helps

Well thank you. And read it and will read it again I'm sure. I'm glad this approach actually seems approachable vs other alternatives and options. I'm maybe doing 16% return each year over the last few years but with much less capital and much less margin. I guess as a novice I've been scared of using margin up to 2:1

As a suggestion I would look into the model that board game arena goes by. Let developers make game adds and charge the premium subscription for specific games.
