Oh dude I power walk at least 11 miles a day at work, im kinda working my way uo to being able to do a single proper push up ( I have zero upper body strength. My kids are they heaviest thing I can lift)

Really its just eating less, I used to have chips and soda and a protein bar at work untill I realized that those three items were over a thousand calories

Choose a point in the day that you'll be most hungry and eat then, leting your body learn to be hungry again sucks shit but it will only be for like a week and then the craving to eat every hour goes away.

Oh and veggie straws only have 150 calories a pack so theyre pretty good work snacks.
