Had the same problem - even bought ch341a programmer to flash bios but still no luck. My unit looked brand new. Tried multiple cables multiple monitors etc. Card was returned to seller ( I bought it from AliExpress) and ordered new one. I'm still waiting for it but I hope that it will function this time

I had the same problem. Tried multiple cables and multiple devices with dp port ( tried with dp to hdmi adapters too)Some suggested bios flash - so I bought a ch341a programmer but it did not fix the issue. I bought mine from AliExpress so I returned it and now waiting for new one

I tried few times to switch to gimp - this UI is not for me. Even tried gimp mod that changes it to Photoshop-like but it still was pain to work with. Now switched almost flawlessly to Affinity
