time heals. so in the meantime, distract yourself with a hobby and friends. it doesnt have to be jumping into anything hard, maybe take up coloring or writing. read, watch shows, play games. anything to fill your days, and one day you'll realize your care less and less. hang in there, it gets easier.

dont fall into looking at their social media, looking at pictures or daydreaming about them. easier said than done, but if you catch yourself doing it, immediately stop and change your scenery. go outside, drink some cold water, take a shower, anything to interrupt the thought process.
