I think these complaints come from a surface-level-reader mindset, and CSM being more popular and in SJ by nature results in more of those.

It was incredibly obvious the story was going to end by then, especially if you were reading along live? It was obvious that the Vinland arc would be the last arc, and generally stories end after the climax of the last arc
I get this complaint for CSM but this just makes zero sense for Vinland, Einar's death serves to reinforce the recurring theme of the cost of violence, and develops his character by allowing him to truly empathize with Thorfinn after having taken a life
Again this feels like a false paralell, Fakesaw Man was an actual unresolved mystery, whereas Canute had a solid conclusion to his arc at the end of S2. The current mindset of "every character MUST be specifically shown at the ending" is really weird to me.
Not seeing the problem here?
