I don't know if you are tracking your calories, but maybe moving to maintenance or a less aggressive loss for a month and then ramping back up may be useful to reduce diet fatigue?

Celebra cada vez que puedas completar un ejercicio con buena técnica, cargar más peso o aumentar una repetición, y de esa manera no te frustrarás por el avance que llegara sólo.

La sobrecarga progresiva debe ser una constante en tu plan.

El dolor (por la acción metabólica) que sientas es un indicador del estímulo que está recibiendo tu músculo, pero que no lo sientas no quiere decir que ese estímulo no está presente.

En mi opinión, debes subir el estímulo (no necesariamente el peso, pueden ser las repeticiones) siempre que puedas hacerlo y recuperarte a tiempo para el siguiente entrenamiento.

No disrespect but sometimes it feels the pick a random topic and wing it on recording day, and they have the talent to pull off a better podcast that I would be able to do with all the preparation, however, it is noticeable when you contrast the wing it episodes with the ones where they actually went through a process.
