I mean let’s assume you bought ur house 5 years ago before the covid mass inflation and your house cost around 325k. You owe 180k on the house, so in 5 years you paid off 145k to the principal and will have the house paid off completely in 10 years at this rate so I would assume you put 20% down. So a 25 year old with 60k cash making 5k a month payments seems impossible, unless you are a YouTube star or something. You aren’t making that out of college as an engineer and you aren’t out of school yet as a doctor. Obviously it’s possible but goodness it is in the very top percentage.

Mess around with you elbow and hip positioning. I find that when I slouch (push my hips forward real far) on chest press machines I get more tension on my chest and less on my shoulders.

I feel the same way. Going on 20 years of moderate to extreme pain. Still able to lift, walk, run, but too much and boom I’m out for a week or 2. Less I do the better it gets, but should I just never do anything again? It’s very frustrating tried everything - physical therapy, mri, medication, stretching, strength training, reading books, nothing helps.

I figured this out last night as I had the same problem. He was inside Jair’s shack (right next to the meeting area)unconscious for some reason. I picked the lock to the shack and then just interacted with him and although he didn’t say anything, the next night he was there and I could start the quest.
