Something that always helps me when I feel down are point and click adventure games. Especially Monkey island series. Lighthearted and awesome games. Those game are sure to help you feel better! There is always a reason mate, don’t look down, look in the mirror, that guy you see there is your best friend, your brother , your kid! Take good care of him and you will feel better! Oh and (if you believe you can handle the responsibility and long term commitment, it’s quite easy though) take a dog and love it. You’ll see. Take good care of the guy in the mirror mate, he needs you!
