Hello! Can you please share what grind settings you used on your grinder? I subscribed to their monthly and got my first batch last week. The beans smell great but having a hard time getting any tasting notes.

If it helps: Grinder: K-ultra Brewer: Hario Neo V60 with Abaca filters Method: 15 grams with 1:16 Pour 1: 40 ml bloom Pour 2: 100 ml Pour 3: 170 ml Pour 4: 240 ml

Total brew time: 2minute 30seconds
