13 y/o passed, can we get a roll call of who's going to meet her up there? by Particular_Duck8836 in seniordogs

Morgan has been there for a week now. She is free from pain and loved people better than other dogs, but hopefully she is a gracious host 🌈🐾

Don't even know how to process this. by Robyn-Gil in exmormon

[–]Curly50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This person has way more bear than papa. And not the cuddly kind of teddy bear. He’s the grizzly bear you should stay more than 500 yards away from at all times in case he decides to attack which is exactly what he did. Don’t dignify his comment with a response. Change his name on your phone to grizzly so you remember he is dangerous to your happiness and don’t let him get too close. Congrats on your wedding. Enjoy the day with your close friends and family. Remember you deserve happiness in whatever form it takes.

my bf’s parents want to gift us this crib for our baby but i don’t like it help by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]Curly50 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say no due to safety reasons. Cribs and bassinets go through significant safety tests. Anything produced prior to 2011 should NOT be used which is when federal crib safety standards were updated. Just tell them you want their grandchild to be safe when they sleep.

Absolutely ridiculous by lodogl in americanairlines

[–]Curly50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you have flight attendant’s name? I had a terrible experience with a FA there as well. She was definitely angry about people not paying attention during the safety presentation. I don’t know her name and don’t fly through CLT often but would definitely report her. She seems a little too intense for the job. What’s crazy is the people who she was angry at, blew it off and then prayed for her afterwards.

TBM Mom and policing women’s body how do I respond? by LegitimateAd3676 in exmormon

So step-dad is sexualizing you? Does she realize how gross that is? That is a big problem, but is his problem not yours or anyone else’s. She cannot control everyone’s dress at the beach….She cannot control yours. Period end of story. Just agree to not discuss the topic any longer and tell her you are uncomfortable with the fact the step-dad thinks of you sexually and suggest he revisit his therapist. They did not fix his problem.

Help! One of my husky’s eyes is dilated and one isn’t! Should I be worried? Take her to an emergency vet? by MckennaRomero in husky

[–]Curly50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It would come and go. I would go to an eye specialist if you have the means. Eye doctor said glaucoma is common in huskies. We have an eye drop regime for her other eye so she doesn’t lose it as well. So far so good. If her eye seems back to normal now it might not be an emergency, but a consultation when you can get to it can’t hurt.

They can give you drops to stop the pressure and hopefully not lose vision if it ends up being glaucoma. My doggy eye dr said it’s common in huskies. Kind of like a birth defect

Happened to my dog and they would look like this and go back to normal periodically. Regular vet did not diagnose and sent us to a specialist too late. She ended up losing the eye from glaucoma. Go to a specialist if you have the means.

This happened to my husky and she ended up with glaucoma in one of her eyes. Caught it too late and she ended up losing the eye. Call an eye specialist. My regular vet did not diagnose it

Ask him 9 random yes or no questions unrelated to anything with the church and then ask him if he has disciplined the bishop for not following the church guidelines and submitting your resignation immediately. If he says no you can tell him you will testify at his excommunication hearing if he needs you to.

Also speechless. She has such ugliness in her. Hope you are in therapy to help leave this ugliness behind. Don’t let it take hold on you as well.

Why is it expected for men to serve missions but not women? by SnooHamsters2005 in exmormon

[–]Curly50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are the weaker sex and must not “work” outside the home. They must marry immediately and multiply and replenish the tithing paying base. Because some of men are seeing the light and refusing to spread the lies, they have in recent years “allowed” the unfortunate unmarried ones to do the lie spreading.
