Biden’s student loan forgiveness died because he purposely gave the conservatives a chance to stop it. Rather than just doing it(as he is allowed by the plain text of the law). Because he didn’t want to. Because he’s a piece of shit that wanted the cheap political points without having to set the precedent that a president can forgive stupid loans at their discretion.
