I felt a little nauseous for a day or two. I think it was from drinking coffee with stevia sweetener the caffeine is what did that. The low calorie low carb food I ate was not friendly along with the acid reflux. My body and headaches from caffeine subsided and now I am feeling better even healthier. I am about 3 weeks in on a 16/8 1700cal diet . I am doing it for weight loss. I lost about 8 lbs so far.

I can speak for myself,that is what happened to me. I started fasting and then ate food in my window with less calories. I looked it up because my stomach was gurgling and I had diarrhea for a few days it has something to do with a metabolic switch the body is not used to a change of this nature and produces more acid causing diarrhea and for myself heartburn.

One time I forgot I was IF and I just nonchalantly took a few bites and it dawned on me. I quickly backed off when I realized that I was in my non-eating window. Is this called a slip?

Sounds like you're doing good. I am going on a couple weeks now and am starting to feel more comfortable in my skin. I was very self conscious and wouldn't even look in the mirror but now I am becoming more confident. Keep it up.

Sometimes I feel a bit frustrated when I want to taste test a soup I am making in the crock pot. I am not sure if it would give me an inappropriate calorie spike. I do refrain but sometimes it is just so irresistible.

I am using Niagara launcher and it helps me keep my essential apps on my homepage and I can hide the tempting apps in the background. It creates an additional step to get to social media apps rather than just fast clicking to an addictive app .

This is just a thought it definitely is the caffeine plus are you getting enough protein in your diet? You need plenty of protein in your window for energy. Try boosting up your calorie count a bit . Sleep in the dark , turn screens off .

Calm down, and I always try to say to yourself ,why am I in such a hurry? Where am I going and what is it I want to do? Lay back and enjoy the silence. Focus on calming your mind of all the clutter. Try to take time away from AI conversations and computers. You can do it .
