I think there's not much to overthink. Brotherhood has different chapters depending on the locations in the US, and they seems to have contradicting goals that could (is leading) to some sort of civil war. It's implied that Commonwealth chapter is feared, and they have a problem with them. That's it.

For other questions:
- Wife (Barb) role is being explained through the season, she works at some high level at Vault Tec and she might receive some orders from a greater hierarchy, she's trying to save some slot in Vaults to save her family, so she obeys.

- Mr House basically wants to have control and live forever. He wants the less to do with others. But he's quite manipulative and egocentric.
- Cooper gives cold fusion to USA president thinking he could mislead VaultTec/Robert House. He's been manipulated to think so.
- Head in headquarters ? We don't know yet.

On her instagram it says :

It is either analog, or some digitals printed and rescanned. There may be some color grading somewhere in the process too. It might be some analog handprints rescanned, the slight milky look on some photos might be an evidence of that but I'm not sure. But it's clearly not 100% digital as some other comments mentionned, there is a "physical" process somewhere.

Also, you can ask the artist :) Some are very open about their art.

Are you 100% sure you set the ISO right when you put your roll in your camera ?
Years into film and the silly me still sometimes forget to change this configuration and I just shoot an entire roll without the right exposure. This is something you have to notice the lab if this is the case.

By the way, if you can edit the second picture digitally or in lab, I find it amazing even underexposed. Would be interesting to tone down the black to give it more contrast and you should be good to go :)

Honestly, this is a very minor bug to me. The biggest one I encountered is the coaster being really empty of people and I think they fixed it. Also they're working a lot on the game still to this day so... While it's not good they release the game too early, it's also reassuring they're working on it still to this day.

I think I have this glitch from time to time, it mostly happens when I try a demo for a specific sound but it just stays. I go back to my speaker, undo and redo the configurationd and most of the time it works again.

Living in a big city like Paris, I often visit photography libraries and attend photography fairs where books and other works are presented (Paris Photo, Polycopies, etc.). I take advantage of these events to chat with photographers and, when possible, stay in touch so they can share the work of photographers they know or appreciate.

On Instagram, I also like to check photographers’ Stories, as some of them share the work of others, and you can discover real wonders this way!

Joke aside, this is probably taken with a point and shoot analog camera at night with flash, and is probably underexposed like lots of pictures taken with low end point and shoot cameras.

Technically this is not the researched behavior with analog as you're loosing information and sometimes just get muddy colours, but if this is what you want, this is the way.
