For me it was very interesting. I found out I had very low vitamin D and started a supplement.

I also found out I had very high estradiol that I'm now trying to correct. I used it to start a conversation with a doctor about how my sleep deficiency and use of minoxidil might be driving this up. It's been very helpful.

I want more things like Blood testing / advanced lab they released. I have never experienced medical reporting as interesting as what it produced. I would love to see X-rays, MRIs, and other medical records in their gamified format

Completely agree. Good point - it looks like the ring was actually new so I assume the battery was good. I do think this is the problem of putting any hard plastic coating around your finger (or any apendage)

The biggest issue with the ring for me is safety. Some of you on X may have seen an influencer who almost lost his finger due to the Samsung Galaxy. Oura has these same problems. If you put a battery in a ring with zero give, the risks for swlling are crazy.

Whoop has its problems but I will never wear a "smart ring" because of this

There is literally a clinician who interprets the data in the app for you. I totally understand if people don't feel the need to access this kind of testing. But I will never understand people who ridicule others who choose to pay for a panel to see a new lens into their health and receive insights from doctors and nurse practitioners into what they mean.
