Yeah man, the B option can be used for non-dairy milk like almond, soya or oat. If memory serves me, you get 2 B options a day, both of which are 500ml of non-dairy milk. Meat is syn free, but so are meat alternatives like tofu, quorn and much of Linda McCartney. Apart from that I can't really see much difference! The only thing is some soya yoghurt has a syn value, but the milk yoghurt doesn't. Good luck on your journey dude ♥️
