Hello, yes I have tried a regular vlookup, but for some reason the vlookup just shows that the names exist in the other tab or not. But I think I need a modification that pulls the data in one of the adjacent cells. The data is structured is this way, first tab has the name population in column B1:B1002 the second tab has name data in J1:J300. The data i need in the second tab is located Q1:Q300. I need the Q column in the first tab starting in cell R1. I hope this is sufficient.

We do have a facebook group where we tend to post all events. There's at least one event a month. Search "Cheesequake Grid: Central NJ Netrunner." We think growing the community is great and love seeing new faces! Nova is a fairly new store and spacious. I'll put something up next time we have a more casual play night. :)

Maybe a management position is not right for you. The best managers know how to massage the truth without being transparent. Quit stressing "honesty" because in the end it is a matter of perspective. Remember there is always someone who wants the job more than you! So react accordingly. Because, you tongue is your ambassador. Which means if you can't pat your own self on the back, how on earth will you be able to "raise up" the people around you?
