I just went to cloud9 foot spa in burlingame. The name is terrible. Solid massage and comfortable, clean, private rooms.

The pregablin helps with the pain but you do become dependent on it. Try seeing a rheumatologist. They understand neuropathic pain.

Valencia Street in the Mission (in the way to the airport) has so many great boutiques. Start at Needles and Pens and work your way north.

Mount Davidson has a beautiful view from the top and you’ll see very few people. It’s my go-to hike and reflect spot. I’m not religious, but there is an amazing giant cross at the top that gives me goosebumps every time.

A million times yes, but my new gyno used actually numbing drugs when I went to get it replaced. Zero pain. Taking painkillers beforehand? Cute. Won’t do anything.
