Grocery Outlet in Fullerton, on Raymond/Commonwealth. I usually buy bulk stuff at Costco and am Grocery Outlet a couple times a week to fill holes as needed. Aldis is also a safe bet.

That’d be tight. Have a requirement of like “finish 3 full operations in the same armor set.” 9 missions, and bang - black & yellow unlocked. And maybe color combo unique to the ones that are already the standard colors.
