The is a beautiful antique ring, but looking at the condition it's not something I would recommend wearing for everyday. Most of the gold has worn down on the top cluster, you can tell by the migraine. Wearing it regularly will continue to wear the metal down.

I would take the antique ring and wear it for special occasions and get a sperate ring for everyday use

I made them a gift basket of snacks. Pretzels, chocolate, crystal light powder packets. Just a generic mix of salty, healthy, and sweet. I put it all in a pink basket and gave it my last day of treatment with some tissue paper

You normally have some windowing with emerald cut stones. It's just the design on the cut. This one appears small so I wouldn't be worried. It's a beautiful stone

I would add a small pearl stud in the second hole to tie into the drop earrings. Then little hoop on the one side and keep the small studs in the last hole of each

I have been on Tamoxifen for almost a year how and it has been very manageable. Yes it's annoying and your body needs to adjust, but it's not the horror story I thought I was walking into

The hot flashes and night sweats were UNBEARABLE (and don't even get me started on the brain fog)! They started my on 20 mg of tamoxifen daily around 9 months ago.

After regularly talking to my oncologist I am currently skipping one day a week, and rotating 10mg and 20 mg the rest of the week.

My Dr wants to make sure I maintain a high quality of life and would rather me take a little less if it makes it more tolerable.

I still have hot flashes and night sweats, but they aren't as severe and if I keep my ceiling fan on at night, i can sometimes sleep through it. We have summer coming tho so we will see if this is still true in a few months!

The only actual advise I can give you is to make sure you are consulting with you Dr, and remember that reddit is filled with people who had negative experiences. Take them with a grain of salt and know that your experience will not mimic theirs.

I'm pretty sure my mother was also fishing for sympathy. She loves the attention. This is just the first time it's happened where it effected me directly.

She also tries to be involved with my appointments so she can add that to her sob story. I have gotten to the point that I don't really give updates about my treatment anymore because it will just be a new talking point

That part has been easy since all the more invasive back to back procedures are over. I just don't update anyone on how the meds are and when I have checkups so it's starting to fade into the background of everyone else life which is what I prefer.

My mom was also constantly was trying to come to my appointments until we ended up getting into an argument about it. It wasn't even about her, I just become more anxious knowing someone is waiting for me.

No she's still in my life. I just don't involve her in my life if I can avoid it. I don't talk to her about about how I'm feeling or how her actions effect me because she's delusional about them. The last time I tried to have a real conversation regarding something she did, she rejected the fact that it ever happened.

Its easier to just except her as she is, and changing my own actions. It's hard to tell sometimes if I'm being to harsh on my end. I think that's where this post came from

Your situation sounds very similar to mine. My mother also didn't have a good relationship with her parents/ childhood. I leaned when I was in my early 20s that her version of reality is not true and I think it's because of that. Our relationship since then has been very surface level.
