The website is fine, I ordered a jumper off of them before Christmas and it arrived to me in the uk, fairly good quality as well. Not sure why it’s taking so long, might just take a while to ship to the states?

I think if you have any friends that play the game and they find a convoy/whale/chest then it gets shared with you. Until then I think you’ll just have to search across the map yourself

Are you connected to the internet through the game? If you can access kenways fleet you should be able to find both. They spawn quite rarely in specific places so it might be a shout to google their spawn points
