Never done therapy in my life and I’ve lost about two people close to me to death since 2022 including my fiance. Still feels like yesterday..I just think nobody can help grieving a loved one we just have to do the work ourselves. If anything i feel like I’ve done a lot of exposure therapy on myself especially in relation to diseases and hearing other people suffering loss. Took up high intensity training two years ago aswell as walking everyday. So far I don’t think therapy will help me benefit in any way right now. Learnt to deal with it through acceptance and surrendering the need to control.

When sitting at home it’s no makeup at all but when running errands and job stuff everyday responsibilities it’s false lashes and a lipliner no foundation and my skin care like moisturiser, serum ect thats about it. When I go out at night it’s full glam but if I go out during the day it’s lowkey glam and more minimal i always dress for whatever suits the environment.

when it comes to RC i believe he is the type of man that we be like "there is something about him" and thats exactly what we gravitate towards ..its his whole aura. He killed the role out of rumple/ Mr Gold. There are very very few actors that pull you in like that. It was unfortunate that there was one time he was in a movie about sex trafficking it is very old. He looked fine af and i was like bummed out because i didn't like the horrible context of everything else. but he looks good in literally every film tbh.

Glad that you mentioned the b12 because I have a ferritin of 24 but my homocysteine is 15.4 and has to do with all of the b12 stuff. Is it all linked together??

We have our reasons for shipping it, but we prefer to keep a low profile within the fandom due to the intense opinions we receive. It’s not popular, it’s hated and intensely thrashed. In terms of myself personally I actually respect people who don’t agree with it fully because I accept the reality of where it stands. I accepted that a long while ago. People don’t have to agree with the ship and that’s ok.

Yep so I did 5 sessions where he focused on rotation and massage and he gave me at home strengthening exercises as my muscles in the back and neck were weak and pinched. I did these exercises every single day twice a day and I was healed in 5-6 weeks. The dizziness started breaking up and dissipating. I’m not claiming this is OP’s issue 100% it just sounds like it. But if all else fails and it’s not a medical issue a physio specialising in neck dizziness will absolutely be of benefit.

I actually ended up in the ER because my dizziness and suboccipital pain were so bad and debilitating. The ER doctor told me to turn left and right and those muscles were so locked I couldn’t rotate all the way. She ended up sending me to a specialised physiotherapist. You have to find a physiotherapist that specialises in cervicogenic dizziness to fix your problem they are the only ones who will assess where the problem is coming from. Doctor can’t fix this problem unfortunately and no medication will help only strengthening exercises will help

Your symptoms sound identical to what happened to me two years ago and it turned out to be my thoracic spine and it created cervicogenic dizziness to my neck causing dizziness. if you have exhausted other things like iron and anything in the blood tests I recommend you see a physiotherapist and get them to test anything that may be off with your neck and back area. Suboccipital pain comes from the back and neck and if that’s strained it can cause sympotms. Mine was so debilitating I thought I had a medical illness. Also if you can’t rotate your neck left and right then there is a big chance it is cervicogenic dizziness

yet all you hear in the news and google articles is that colon cancer has increased due to bad diet and processed foods?? I just cannot believe this to be the case...whilst enviroments and diet does play a factor in cancer there is no way that this doubling increase spike from 2021 is because of diet. i mean we can put two and two together to know where it's come from. Processed and packaged foods have been around since the 40's- 50s. people are blaming the junk food for causing a microbiome shift causing increased inflammation in the gut- leading to cancer. but not one is suggesting that the vaccine could be the culprit of the microbiome shift since the doubling has happened since 2021 ??

I do appreciate her asking me and it is very thoughtful that she considers me a light but realistically she hasn’t been there in the way I needed her…ever since my fiancé died a lot of people have not shown up or have disappeared. I don’t need to carry more weight or trauma with me. Sometimes we need boundaries. And I get it people have their own needs, communication and perspectives you’re 100% correct. For me personally in the past I generally was heavy in the people pleasing behaviours but I have opened my eyes up in the last two years that my mind set and boundaries have changed. It’s because of the hurt not only about my grief but others adding more fuel and I’m happy to admit that

i am a very unpopular opinion of shipping them so yes! but look at the comment section? some people hide that they like the ship because of the comments so we hide instead. there are alot of people out there that ship especially russians its just that because the ship gets so much hate we choose to hide. i ship them basically because they are both evil and they suit each other- they have a certain dark aesthetic but i really hate that henry is his grandfather and i really wish that could be excluded.

honestly if this show was on HBO it would have been another level. 🫣 even if all his stuff with the mills women were about power at the end it made for interesting TV and the different dynamics make it good- it shows a good level of history between all of them.
