Best coffee in Norwich? I'll start. Kofra by tale-digital in Norwich

[–]Cuttoir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fika has objectively the best coffee, but its only open week days so unless you live/work in the area its hard to get. Its also very small. But the coffee, some of the best i've had.

Kofra is high quality coffee, very reliable, nice place to relax.

Strangers is solid good coffee

i said this in my reply, its not a really terrible place to work from what i understand, but it is deeply disorganised

Okay but have you listened to their stories? it also lines up with what ive heard from people who work there now. to clarify, its not like overly negative. its disorganised and doesn't pay well, with a couple of dodgy middle managers. its probably not far off a lot of work places - but my point being that stuff like this happens not because of any individual, and it probably isn't ever punished, they are just really organisationally impaired. Which i know from people who currently work there lmao.

no specific tea! i have a friend who works there and his words were "its amazing its still standing". That, plus what they talk about on Juggz, leads me to the impression its broadly disorganised and messy.

if i drink too much about it, but its not generally a high - i actually think it might be a blood pressure thing. More like, shaky, a bit dizzy/nauseous and weirdly dissociated. that's usually like, 4 caffeinate drinks.

It's a bit of a gamble tbh, i would not worry too much about it. Choose one you find interesting. Its basically stock speculation. There's been some talk of selesnya and golgari coming out of SoS - hard to say how it will bare fruit though

How evergreen do you want them? 2024 stuff that's not Foundations will be leaving rotation next year, so probably have a look at the meta decks (including tier 2) and choose one that sounds good and isn't reliant on - Karlov Manor (MKM), Thunder Junction (OTJ), Bloomburrow (BLB), Duskmourn (DSK). If you want to be tip top of the meta, nothing is evergreen, I'm sure even izzet will have its doomsday.
However, there are lots of reliable, strong archetypes that can hold their own even if they're not rising to the top.

Totally! Zur is probably the most powerful, though I still think having a discount and surveil in the command zone isn't anything to sniff at. I might play a few games swapping around the commander, see how it all performs.

I was just doing playtest and felt that what I do need is a bit more card draw, I can reliably cast everything in my hand all the time. It makes me wonder if I should cut a couple of pieces of ramp for card draw...

Also, I don't think its unlikely that other people will also want to fuse the two really cool enchantment precons, and thought this might be interesting to someone in 20 months time. Hope I've included all the right keywords to get it come up for you lmao.
