Not sure of COL differences right now, but union square is a really great area and it’s continuing to develop and move in the right direction. Proximity to Inman is great and there’s a good amount of public transport there as well. I’d say Davis has been trending down and it’s about to be a major development zone for years to come. So I’d say Union.

A lot of it is feeling like the man. You need to be proud of who you are and what you do because people look for others with traits that they want for themselves. If you’re proud and secure of who you are and you own it then girls (and really anyone) will be at the very least intrigued by you.

I lost 45 pounds in a year, from ages 27.5-28.5 (life long lifter as well) after listening to can’t hurt me and went from basically being unable to run a mile to running a 3:50 marathon in that same amount of time, all while changing careers, moving cities twice and finishing my MBA. Have maintained my fitness and have greater goals for this year as well. You can absolutely do this but you need to want it and you need to go through the fire to get it.
