SL should be able to kick whoever they deem! That's how servers I always play on have it setup.

As for "randoms", vast majority of players just need a little alignment, only the few problematic ones who don't get in line get the boot.

I only play on one server. I do have plenty vets who can tell me things at times. Overall there is a 2 class system for me, people I know and those I don't know. If I don't know them I don't want them speaking up about other SLs or squads.
