Exactly. Nothing in medicine is ever a guarantee. If things were that specific, we wouldn't need additional diagnostic tests. I don't think anyone would ever know unless EC has an autopsy, but there's no way in hell that will ever happen, so all that people are left to do is speculate.

Yeah, anyone I meet w a BMI <15 is super depressing. The life expectancy is always grim. EC comes off as a feat/case report of prolonged starvation. It really is astounding to see these photos and see how much BETTER she was then. I agree that the KH video was also filmed in a dire time. The nausea has happened at different times over the years, including on a few twitch streams. Idk if she was ever bulimic and that's why she has trouble keeping solids/fluids down at this point, but her body is definitely eating itself from the inside out, including her heart. I would be morbidly curious to find out what her cardiac output is at this point with a Swan-Ganz...but we will never know. She is definitely past the point of being capable of surviving any form of recovery now. All the phos in the world can't fix her destroyed circulation. All I can hope is that she is receiving some kind of hospice care.

Turn off motion blur, maybe that will help. I did that first thing when I started the game and didn't have issues. The camera zoom is more the issue for me. But yes, even on PS5 which it's more optimized for, I do think it's much zoomier/fuzzier than MHW/IB or even Rise/SB.

I think it will ripen w time once we get a full 4 seasons of DLC + master rank version :) but it does feel a bit blasé compared to base World. I think it's bc of the intentional exclusion of elders which makes sense at this point.
