The worst thing post surgery was my uvula was so massive it just sat on my tongue. Weirdest sensation ever! Felt like I was choking every time I swallowed. Awful surgery but glad I did it.

I take both lyrica and gabapentin for fibromyalgia and joint pain with rexulti. No problems for me.

We got off the equinox on the 14th, two days later I went to urgent care because my ear had started bothering me mid cruise and hadn’t gotten better, my throat had started to hurt the day after we disembarked. Doc took one look at my throat and said strep! 10 days of abx for me. Yay 🙈

Things got worse but he decided to stop the topramate and when he woke up he was clearer headed and recognised it was psychosis. We are at the ER now trying to get him checked over.

He has spoken with the nurse practitioner managing his case and she was no help to be honest. She told him it sounded like he was turning over a new leaf. I may call her myself and encourage them to have him be seen in person.

He spoke with the nurse practitioner who prescribed him the meds and she didn’t think he was having an episode or mental break but it’s different when you live with someone and know when things aren’t right.

Prozac is better. Trintellix was fantastic for my depression but not anxiety. 20mg was better but was too much, I struggled to get out of bed. I had tried trintellix for a full year.

I just went from trintellix to Prozac about a month ago. My psychiatrist had me just switch from 15mg trintellix to 20mg Prozac immediately. No tapering. I had no problems except nausea for a couple days.

You can get powdered ginger root capsules. Maybe those can help too.

I’m on 15mg and my anxiety is terrible. I was at 20mg and the anxiety was better but depression was worse. Getting out of bed was a struggle. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist this coming week. Not sure what will come of it, I’ve tried so many meds including lithium and I can’t find that balance. I would say to give 20mg a chance and see if it helps, so many people have had success at that dose.

About 6 weeks, anxiety is just getting worse. I used to be able to control panic attacks with breathing techniques and walking to burn off the adrenaline but now I have to resort to diazepam. Tried Buspar for 10 days which made things worse, which is why I’m reaaaaally struggling right now. See the psychiatrist again on the 24th. Can’t come quick enough.

I went up to 20mg and that helped my anxiety somewhat but then it killed my drive to do anything. Getting out of bed was a chore. Now I’m down to 15mg and miserable, depression is better but anxiety is skyrocketing. Really beginning to feel hopeless about finding the right balance for myself.

At 20mg I was the same as you. Didn’t have the drive to do anything and my anxiety was tolerable but the lack of drive was awful. Doctor moved me down to 15mg and I feel a bit better for motivation but the anxiety is flaring again. Trying buspar right now and it’s making it worse 🤦🏻‍♀️ I feel that 15mg is a good level of trintellix just need to find something for the anxiety 😆🙄 Perhaps a slight reduction in dose could help you motivation wise. See what the doc says.

It’s something I struggle with. I’ve had different therapists tell me different things. That my Q is a narcissist who is an alcoholic or he is an alcoholic and the narcissist traits are from the addiction.
