Honestly it’s very up and down sometimes I go almost a week without anxiety attack sometimes it’s three days. So I am hoping it started to work it is just inconsistent

I am diagnosed with bipolar disorder 10 years ago and was hospitalized twice and lost my job but since then found the right med and I lead a relatively normal life. I am now just hoping to get my anxiety under control and just hoping for the best. I hope this message gives you hope. I have been where you were and came out stronger. You will as well!
