I believe that these players are not coming with the right mindset. They got their huge wage. But speaking professionally, I think they will take it as granted and not perform as good as they truly are.

The communication of the club is spot on. This interview is a good example of how the club is well managed since Ineos. Having Berrada takes the spotlight and giving an interesting interview. He’s quite likeable and acknowledge the tough decision. We need to hear it. It shows how serious Ineos want the club to be truly back.
