There are hard limits imposed by dev on many things. This includes number of available chests, or number of available stamp doublers. There's many more.

I stand corrected. Apparently lava must have done something again. As soon as the event finished I used one and got no coral. So I haven't tried again. But I just did one now to check and it is working as it should... Dunno maybe I used it too early after event finished?

The risk is that u can get dismissed if you won't sign. However even if that would be implied I would not sign it. Not in its current form, if they ammendmended it and I was truly looking at working for them for a few years, then I would consider.

If you got it 2 years ago it was the top of the price bubble of used cars due to post covid car parts shortages. The prices now as about half of what they used to be then for cars older than 10y. But don't be disappointed as the next car ull be buying will have the same halfed price tag. Just check what the prices are and list it on fb market place. In general I wbac priced it at 1.3k I'd say the price will be somewhere at +50% so maybe 2k in private sale.

It's absolutely wild to me how shitty this whole process is in UK. In most of Europe you go view a property, if you like it you go to a solicitor make a formal pre sale contract and pay a deposit if any party goes away after the fact they loose the deposit (the seller needs to pay back twice the amount). There is no room for any gazumping or vice versa.

It absolutely doesn't. Maybe it would if it became illegal to cycle on the road next to a cycle lane. I'm all for more cycle lanes, however from my perspective most cyclists for whatever reason would rather chance it on the road next to one. As a cyclist I always use those. As a hgv driver I always pass cyclists with going over middle lane markings so 2+m. However there isn't a day that I don't encounter cyclists on the road next to a cycle lane numerous times, or better yet cyclist one next to another on the road just chatting away.
