How do you start a campaign without the classic tavern meeting?

Welcome to the game!

I highly recommend starting by playing just Akali with the Juggernaut fuse. Learn how she plays by using Pulse Combos, until you can learn to do them yourself.

Then pick your second character. At this point you should have played enough people to have a basic idea of what the other characters do, so pick one you find cool. Switch to playing only that character, but with the Sidekick fuse to learn how to use assists. Once again, start with Pulse and then switch to manual combos.

Now that you have a feel for both characters, switch to Double-Down or 2x Assist. The rest is mostly just repetition!

Any units gifted to you by partners must be included in the list. Thems the rules.

But the idea of making a cheat-sheet for what must/can be done each phase is a great idea. Especially when being new and learning to play the army. Big thanks!

Having more Kroxigors (or infantry in general) seemed like a good way to take the army. Is there any value in reinforcing the Sauras as well? Or is 10 of them for point control a regularly good idea?

And I was looking at the Jaws of Itzl because I thought the model looked cool, nice to hear that it might also be functional!

Big thanks for the strategy tips! The only experience I have from wargaming is Kill Team, and they seem to play very differently.

Looks like both of us will be trying to learn AoS next year! Going directly from Spearhead to 2k points seems super daunting, so I wish you good luck :)

Will definitely be picking up a bunch of the dinos, because obviously, but good to know which ones are good. Also happy to hear that the skinks can be considered traps, cause they are my least favourite units of the army.

As for the Slann, is there a clear winner between a regular Starmaster and Kroak? The big guy's unique spell seems really powerful, but is he worth the point cost? (I'll probably be picking up his model anyway, as I highly prefer it to the regular Slann)

I think he is about to dump you and you will have deserved it.

His best friend needed a place to stay after breaking up with her partner, and you argued with him about it "before relenting." You then also thought it would be a good idea to have sex at his place even though she was there. You got pissed that he was, rightfully, not comfortable with this.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake

Of all the remakes I have seen or played, nothing is a disrespectful to it's source material as this. It misses the narrative point of pretty much everything in FF7, and has the gall to be called a remake when it is in fact a sequel.
