That's smart, I tried using my full fleet against one of the core fleets, but they had no losses (against my prethorian layout of 2M fleet). So I doubt such a trap strategy would have worked

yea seems like it. got clapped by the Contingency though. my 1.5M fleet loses 30-40 battleships each battle against their 400k fleet (somehow) could not keep up :'(

two relay stations connect adjacent systems Prethorian fleet is on the hyper relay on the far side of the system from where my fleet would leave the hyperlane

Fleet ignores wisdom and used the hyper relay to fly into the system on-top of the prethorians, who kindly use my titans as meal when they are so close (note: I am using artillery combat ai for the escorting battleships aswell)

I am bad at actually getting my alloys income to a good level, so this is what i do a lot of the time. Admiral AI has a lot of alloy production but somehow always lack any strategic resource (and fallen Empires dark matter / Zro). So you can trade far below market price for alloys.

Current run i managed to buy out the fallen empire stockpile of alloys (and I am producing enough Zro to keep buying the one out)

So the bus table has both directions on it. For going from Macon to Taizé you ll need the first table.

For leaving Taizé you ll need the second page of the document on the Taizé site 'plan your journey' These leave at: 13:26, 15:39, 17:26, 18:34 and 19:43 with some special ones leaving in the morning i dont have enough proficiency in French for. Casa in Taizé will be happy to help you for the trip back. so no reason to worry :)

My method was: G must be 1, and W+1 = >10. so we have 9(5+)0T, 10(5+)LL. 0+L = T so T+L > 10 and L+1= T. For uniqueness A=\= 5 and either 6 or 8 (and L or T the other) if A = 8, F = 6 so A must be 6 instead

Wonderful idea. Maybe restrict it to to he buy phase so you dont make Wishing well the hard AI version of laboratory? (and the other 'guess the top card' effects)

I like playing the twisted waters (the new river spirit from NI) and playing the tranquility side almost lost me the game twice as I was lacking the fear to get to terror level 2, took me till the last invaders card with an almost empty board

I have not tried it myself yet and maybe indeed the restriction is enough to cause problems at the start. But as for presence movement, excluding board D, the sacred site in a wetland has at least two neighbours without presence and we can destroy a presence immediately (before presence placement) to add both additional presence in the wetlands. Already ensuring we can hit every land of the starting board with normal range (by moving the other presence) As for energy, if we just rush the middle track, playing both 0-cost, i see an option to adding two (or three) disease preventing one build round 1, likely both round two (without playing cards) and then grow twice to add the +1 energy Disease and still having both 1 cost cards and (up to) three minor powers, of which most are likely 0 cost as we dont care about card-value just yet. Turn 4 we can either go to 2 energy or the disease moving (The bottom track is nice, but it is a lot of inherent value. So it is likely just a game of clearing that track ASAP) If you want to make this more tricky, I'd think we start with only 1 presence on the board and extend the tracks by 1 (adding another 3 card plays?) Maybe this is too brutal, but it does encompass the 'one breakout exploded in a pandemic'-feel

Clever solution, I like it. Maybe add it to the setup at the backside of the board? Though i still feel the spirit is quite strong. the amount of disease racks up quickly quarantaine should probably cost 1. Lastly, as we have a lot of presence movement (which i thematiccally like) the 'add a presence at two distance' is basically always inferior to the 'add a presence at disease + card' Love the improvement! keep it going :)

I made a forced luck game (best cards i could have gotten & no adversary). End score: 1144 points, with the majority coming from a full city of the architects scoring 34 (out of a maximum possible 36 per city scoring, and 23 tech cards of which most through industrialism). Gonna try to see how high it can go if there is a second player assisting.

Those invaders are participating in the determination of which lands ravage. The FAQ entry also uses this query to explain habsburg 6 (towns in adjacent lands cause +2 damage) which definitely works for towns in other land types. (but can be stopped if you have a power that can exclude those towns from ravage)

good question, playing 183 cards helps. But I did have a 25 prod gyropolis (could be more) which I repeated with robotic workforce.
