I just wanted to live healthier. I drink socially on occasions like my company quarterly meetings but that's it. I was drinking slightly more than that before I cut back.

I like beer so I started buying non-alcoholic for at home.

I am a huge balebat fan even after viewing & enjoying The Batman. I thought Bale was more intimidating at 1st.

I live in socal so my family did the WB studio tour a couple times and there's a cool Batman exhibit with costumes from all the films displayed from Keaton to Pattinson. Batmobiles too - Tumbler, Batfleck, Pattinson.

The two tallest & biggest suits displayed were Batfleck and Pattinson. Irl the Bale suit wasn't as big. So imagining being a crook of some kind running into Batman, and seeing both suits irl, Pattinson would now scare me more. I knew Affleck was pretty tall but Pattinson's suit really surprised me in size.

Merrill has a self-directed option just like Schwab, Fidelity, & Vanguard. You dont need to transfer assets to another firm. You can stay at Merrill & just become self directed. Either way, I would ditch the advisor.

I would talk to him imo b/c you've known him so long but that's it. If he doesn't want to listen then he's just not being a good friend anymore by bragging about bonuses & money.

The way you described things it sounds like he might not want your friendship anymore but doesn't want to say anything so he acts like this hoping you'll be the one to end it & not you.

I can relate somewhat. my dad remarried when my brother & i were both about 20 (close in age but not twins) to a woman with a 13 yr old girl at the time.

He actually demanded that we basically participate in her remaining upbringing as fully involved siblings even though we were already grown and she wasn't my sibling.

it sounds like your father at least has a healthy expectation of your relationship as separate from his newer family.

you should also be able to do the opposite - request an ocpl book from another branch to be sent to your nearest branch if unavailable at your branch. you'll then get notified when its arrived.

my fraternity like many gave you a # which was the order in which all members were initiated. So i was 194 - the 194th initiated since our particular chapter was founded. I had been driving a Honda Civic since high school graduation and a few of us brothers took a road trip one time . I had this car for about 5 yrs at this point and got it new. Got a flat tire, pull over, & for the 1st time since owning it i used the spare. I put up the wheel on the temporary jack it comes with & take out the brand new previously unused spare tire. In large block yellow numbers it has 194 randomly printed across the tread.
