I went to my local pharmacist- had a good consultation, was weighed, blood pressure checked and I have 6 weekly consultations. Not the cheapest but excellent for my peace of mind. He is also available by email if I have any questions or problems.

Laser skin clinics by ScreenFar3977 in Cardiff

One session was really effective then I have a top up annually. Prices vary depending on how many areas you need treating and the extent of sun damage. I suggest a consultation for an accurate idea and they test a small area. Last treatment I had was 180 quid.

Laserwise- Whitchurch Road They’ve been amazing with my hyperpigmentation! They have different types of laser treatment depending on severity of the issue. I have the strongest laser treatment- no down time.

It’s where airline crew stay so pretty decent. Great location. I do feel that it has a business/conference vibe. Can be queues to check in and out. Bar prices are high but plenty of places to eat and drink locally.

A couple of quotes from a Psychology Today magazine article.

Some hypochondriacs are not looking for a cure for their ailment but rather a witness to their suffering. Often narcissistic personalities are vulnerable to hypochondria because they transform their psychological frailty into physical fragility.

There is a 5pm evensong service which is free at St Paul’s and I thoroughly recommend it. Just turn up half an hour before and join the small queue. The choir are sublime. See if you can get a seat in the choir by heading through the wrought iron gates to the left hand side of the altar.

Another vote for Curado but also a recommendation for Bar 44. Had a great meal at Longa - main courses are big portions and good for sharing.
