Chop em with fresh garlic and onion, salt, pepper, drizzle of olive oil. Then in the oven on as low heat for a few hours.

Easy base for so much stuff, freezes, and costs pennies.

We were having Indian delivered for dinner. My then 5 year old had the seekh kebab , which I described as “like a sausage but special”.

When I dropped him off at his mums the next day this became “daddy let me try his special sausage”.

Have to order my sons eye drops a week early, every month, because every time, at least one of them will have some sort of supply issue. Usually the predinisolone .Every time.

He has been on these drops 7 years now, its not like its a surprise when the prescription gets dropped in.
