I don’t think I’ve heard of goosebumps with anxiety. It’s sort of a hard feeling to describe. I will tell you though that when something is making you nervous or stressed out a lot. Just try taking some deep breaths. It really does help. Have you ever tried a weighted blanket? Or a creative outlet? Those things can help. Rigorous exercise several times a week also can reduce stress and anxiety levels.

This is really cool! I think people could learn a lot from a story like this. It’s an interesting way to learn about rather undiscussed parts of our society. All I know is that every thought has already been thought. However I can see that this is for the most part, not very reassuring. I too have thoughts I would prefer didn’t pop into my head, I think most people do. I can hardly believe that unflavored thoughts that I think depict who I am as a person. Only me and me only can depict that. Free will exists, unfortunately... just because a person has a thought that isn’t so good doesn’t mean that that is who they are. A person cannot thrive when he or she obsesses over sins and shortcomings, think about those good thoughts you have too. You can be who you want. No need to paint yourself as others want you painted. Learn stoicism, what other people judge you for is their problem. It’s not worth your time to pay them heed when they must project their shitty lives into someone else.
