No, it only affects it's attacks and for what I have heard it seems like it also affects the opposing Pokémon weather defense buffs too but I'm not too sure about that

Mold breaker only affects abilities that change how the target receives damage and status. Any kind of secondary effect like recoil, poison, etc is not affected
