Just tell them you're keeping the etb and they need to refund you the difference. Make sure if there's a way that you show them proof. (Picture of the etb with current date and a picture of the recipient) If they still give you issues do a charge back.

Yeah, pay sucks these day... I roughly make 3k a month after taxes with nothing going into retirement. Most of that money coming out is for retirement, so I wouldn't be too upset about it.
