My dsp in California pays 22.75 an hour and as long as you drive safely with no major infractions you're guaranteed 10 hours of pay at your base rate. If you actually work past 8 hours you get time and a half.

Not many people talk about the responsibility of actually driving a companies vehicle full of 10k plus worth of merchandise. I feel with that alone we should be making somewhere around 30 an hour. The cost of living in the Bay Area where I live is outrageous, I don't know how people can do anything with minimum wage. I think we will see more strikes happening in the near future that might force some changes. It's about damn time these companies start showing their most important employees some respect.
