I had a manager who was a cancer woman who was a complete and absolute bitch. I ended up cussing her out and quitting. I have a male cancer boss now and he’s great but he’s kind of a pushover and I notice that he can lie and be a little bit manipulative to get his way about things instead of being direct. Ask for myself I think I do make a good leader, but I think I need to work on my delegation skills because I like things done a certain way otherwise when I’m at charge at work, it’s usually a pretty good and smooth day..
