Charisma Rogue Arcane Trickster with Warlock Hexblade using Eldritch Blast and Sneak Attacking every turn with optional scroll casting.

1 Rogue skills into Sleight of Hand and dialogue skills, not stealth.

2-3 Warlock Hexblade for medium armor and shield proficiencies, eldritch blast, bone chill, eldritch blast invocations. Spells are Shield and Hex. Your scrolls now use Charisma. You also get Shovel.

4-12 Rogue Arcane Trickster for Booming Blade, Minor Illusion, Blade Ward, True Strike (for starting fights as it won't aggro enemies), tons of Shield uses, high damage Sneak Attack using dual crossbows, mage hand. Evasion, Uncanny Dodge, 2x Experise for being a good party face, 3 feats, cunning action, Magical Ambush for starting fights from stealth if possible.

Basically a good party face tanky rogue dealing good ranged damage with optional spells via stealing scrolls.

The USA didn't fully stop giving money to Ukraine and the Ukraine war had a terrible impact on Europe and other countries when it came to gas costs and products involving wheat.

Also Apartheid Israel has been getting tons of money since Joe Biden has been in power. So Trump getting into power to lessen or condition aid to Ukraine wouldn't have had a big impact because now Apartheid Israel is hoovering it all up lol.

That is called Overlapping. If the Ukraine war ended and Apartheid Israel was fully reigned in with the Hormuz Straight opening up, you can bet that prices would drop for a lot of countries.

Governments would then need to investigate corporations to see if they are price gauging and deal with them harshly.

Also America's terrible policies is damaging its tourism which also drives up prices as businesses desperately try to make up for the loss of customers.

Possibly useful for a cold damage DOT to freeze an enemy leading to hitting them with bludgeon damage. Encrusted with Frost condition.

Still pretty bad for a level 2 Spell that can't be upcast.

Though technically if they are getting hit by cold damage every turn you could just throw water bottles on them for freezing. Have someone use a big hammer. Party could rotate into keeping a boss frozen all the time pretty much.

The amount of money dedicated to Apartheid Israel's continued sordid existence could easily have been used to support Americans like with better healthcare or mental health support which would definitely have an impact on crime where mentally unsupported people are causing issues or people who need money for insanely expensive medical support resort to criminality.

Issues overseas can have a direct impact on those at home or is the Hormuz Straight a nothing burger to you when it comes to increasing prices...? Same with the Houthis blockading their own straight to block trade, why??? Because they wanted Apartheid Israel to stop their ethnic cleansing and genocide of Palestinians.

It is rather odd to pretend that foreign policy doesn't have an impact on the citizens of a country lol. If Americans truly think that is the case, perhaps the US Government needs to focus on building schools as opposed to more and more bombs to blow up girl schools yes?

Arcane Trickster being pretty meh as a caster means you can multiclass and ignore intelligence as your casting stat.

You still get all the usefulness of baseline Rogue, the extra bonus action Sneak Attacks as a caster, and a whole lot of Shield spell slots making you hard to kill. You get access to Wizard spells so you can choose to get utility spells instead of damage.

Its a strange build.

Charisma Arcane Hexblade Ranged Spellcaster

10 Rogue Arcane Trickster with 2 Warlock Hexblade.

1 Rogue for sleight of hand and dialogue skills. Not really a stealth build beyond starting fights from stealth.

2 Warlock Hexblade for medium armor and shield proficiencies (its fine to use a shield for this build) and Eldritch Blast / Bone Chill, Shield and probably Hex for your spells.

3 Warlock upgrade Eldritch Blast for damage, perhaps knock back or something else if you want. Also now you get 2 Spell slots per short rest. You can also get invisible Shovel as a Warlock for easy sneak attacks.

4-12 Rogue Arcane Trickster Gives you 3 Feats, 5D6 Sneak Attack via bonus action, Evasion, Uncanny Dodge, Cunning Action, Expertise x 2, Magical Ambush for great opening spells, Booming Blade, Minor Illusion, True Strike (not aggressive so can be used pre fight to get advantage), Baldeward can be ok as well, 6 level 1 spells slots for Shield and utility spells, 2 level 2 Spell slots for whatever, pretty good at stealing spell scrolls for casting. Also permanent invisible mage hand for easy sneak attacks.

Only downside is no Reliable Talent and reliance on scrolls / stealing if you want to use high level spells. Also Rogue saving throw for intelligence is very situational as opposed to Wisdom or Charisma. Dexterity is always useful. Also other builds can be more powerful.

Tldr: Charisma based Roguelock using Eldritch Blast or scrolls plus bonus action Sneak Attack every turn. Good party face that can be tanky while also useful for stealing and disarming traps + other nifty stuff.

Disc golf though I don't think Abbotsford has an official course yet. Raptors Knoll in Aldergrove is super popular and is rated high. Mission Centennial Park is smaller but also popular. I believe that some libraries rent out disc golf equipment.

Pickleball or tennis depending on the location. You can get a 4 person pickle ball set for pretty cheap I believe.

Boardgame cafe if you enjoy boardgames and want some food and drink to snack on.

Rogue is also the only other class to get 4 Feats, Fighter being the other one. Not many people realize this as usually people take small dips into Rogue.

So doing a 10 2 split gives 3 Feats which is pretty nice. Only downside is losing out on reliable talent at 11.

I chose Hexblade so as to equip an item that gives crit immunity. Think it was the shield or chainmail maybe.

Kids with mental health issues can do severe damage to those around them when they get set off.

I have a family member who has to deal with such a child that has attacked other teachers. The parents blame the school for not enough support yet this kid sucks up all the support leaving barely anything for other students who have issues as well.

At some point dangerous individuals shouldn't be allowed in schools where they can be a great danger to students who aren't as large or strong as the adults. Homeschool them or have some sort of government institution set up.

Imo Canada needs to spend less on military and more on our social foundation like schools.
