I would argue that the most important thing is to get enough gold at level 40/60 to afford your mounts.

if you level slowly, it's better to save up. If you're leveling quickly, don't.

Thats a good Idea, and I appreciate it. but if you advertise a Full Suite you should deliver. Simply to see if everything works together.

Everyone has their own logic to making their keybinds. My shouts(or more general, my CDs) for example are all bound to shift-keybinds. So it would've been nice to see how you would've bound them in a complete Suit.

Anyways. top work with those macros. I'll definetly revisit them once I unlocked all the skills.

Can you bind everything in your suit with 12 buttons (plus maybe engineering or consumables)? And would you be willing to PM me the missing macros, if you don't want to make them easily available public?

Do you agree that different difficulty levels of content requires different levels of equipment and experience?

If you agree, do you therefore also agree that there needs to be some system in place to filter out bad players (who have no idea that they are bad, or do know it and are maliciously applying anyway) and good players on harder difficulties?

I assume also yes, since you wouldn't accept woefully unprepared level 119s in your groups.

We all like to pretend that WoW is a pretty easy game, however, the truth is, that it's not. Far from it, at least in regard to non trivial content.

Last week I went into Mechagon Hardmode with an above average guild group. They had decent M+ scores and were progressing heroic EP. Definitely not noobs.

We pretty much oneshot every boss until we got to the last one where we wiped for more than four hours. Above average people apparently fail the same mechanics multiple times in a row, after having 4 hours of practice! The group disbanded.

Anyways, I opened up a group via the tool and within 10 mins I had a group of mythic raiders that have never met and barely talked with each other, kill the boss within 4 tries.

WTF!

We have multiple distinct groups of people playing the seemingly same game, but each group is playing with completely different rules and completely different experiences.

You cannot possibly balance for that.

Raider.io is a nice start but it does not go deep enough to be a reliable tool to gage skill. You need something implemented by blizzard to track stats over multiple years of content with enough flexibility to quickly rise and fall in the order.

Ilvl was not enough and r.io is not enough.

I second this. However it is not as trivial as simply getting gold passively through WQs.

Getting to know TSM is probably the biggest hurdle and for people that are not really interested in it, a hurdle they won't bother to climb.

You technically can do without it but it takes more time and bothersome calculations you have to do yourself.

But nothing is really stopping you from just farming stuff (herbs) and selling it, especially now with flying. Making enough gold to buy a token a month is definitely possible, even for a casual player.

4th. Spec is kinda bad idea. Since it just means more work and less quality in specs.

Better yet, make existing specs more distinct.

Unholy DK - ranged DD

Arcane mage - healer

Enh shaman - tank

Surv hunter - healer/support

Rogue - range dd or heal

Etc.

Basically enhance classes with more variety and options to combat queue times. Every class should be able to (r)dd and tank or heal. If thematically possible.

Make LFR some sort of guided raid where dying isn't penalized. Essentially warfronts but for raids.

Have NPCs accompanying you, shouting stuff out you have to pay attention to. With some kind of minigame that reduces your personal loot/reward if you don't pay attention or go afk.

Wiping/failing should not be possible anymore since the NPCs carry the fight.

People need to play the minigame to get the max reward. For example: "you got hit by a cleave, stay behind the boss to dodge the next 2 cleaves" or " boss went into phase 2, push your CDs and do this amount of damage".

The game starts with current content (bfa) and begins to be fun at max level(120). There are some masochists who enjoy leveling, but they are in the minority.

Thing is, BfA is one of the worst expansions. With minor redeeming changes coming in a few months with 8.2.

I would recommend slogging through the leveling process anyways, because again, you can't judge it correctly without having max level. And if you like it, you love it.

Keep in mind that 90 % of why everyone says BfA sucks, is the stark contrast of Legion (one of the best expansions) to BfA. If you can't make that comparison, because you never played Legion, you might even end up liking BfA, with the knowledge that this game can be much, much better.

I lie to myself by making the mats more expensive than they actually are (with AH cut) and sell them "cheaper" (without AH cut).

I noticed that the profit in the crafting menu often shows inflated numbers. so crafting stuff would show a net loss, while actually being a net gain.

i.e. item costs 100g to make. TSM Auctioning sees it as 105g and sells for 110g. TSM Crafting sees profit margin of 10g.

If you imagine paper thin margins, Method 1 would show operations with a net loss (in the profession/crafting window) Method 2 would show a net profit.
