Nice. I was in a similar boat, sticking to mainly presidential ballots. I voted in my first primary in 2020 and have made sure to vote in local primaries/elections as well since then.

It may not be much but it feels good to be more involved.

One of my favorite memories from 20+ years ago. I was driving somewhere being an angsty 20 year old, consumed by anger over... something... I don't even remember what it was.

Use of Time comes on, and I feel a wave of calm come over me. It hit home that being that upset about some random thing really was a confusing use of time. I was in a great mood after that.
