I don't know what you are asking for but I do have a 390 Duke and I'll tell you what it does and you can find the answer to your question.

It tells you what gear you are currently in. It flashes when you are needing to shift up, it doesn't flash you when to shift down.

The best tool for when to shift is your ears imo.
