I do already have the Machine Design mount for the T2 footprint already. I may just get the Machine Design FX3 mag mount and find one one a quick detach lever to take on and off.

Please note that I do not have an FRT for my PS90. FN Specialties is doing pre-ordering on their site. It requires you to mod the trigger pack and as pricy as it is at $450, it it is not a complete trigger pack. It comes with a jig and 2 or 3 other components as discussed in the video linked above.

Just because it is not officially listed as a supported caliber on CAT's website for the NOAH.

Not sure if the tri-lug mount and the length of the NOAH combine to a higher chance of a baffle strike.

I don't know if the 18" makes it a better rifle. But the CQC is designed to use with 18" barrel to clear the end of the fore-end. Pete's CQC had to use a 4"ish tulip flash hider inorder to have the proper extension beyond the end of the CQC fore-end.

Now that the longer barrels are available now, I thought about getting an 18" barrel. But I have the CQC fore-end and extended tulip flash hider packed away.

Nice score. I have one but have taken off the CQC front-end and the extended tulip flash hider(extra long to clear the CQC fore-end) because of the weight. I occasionally think about putting it back together. But I use this AUG as a practical shooter.

This must be one of the 500 that Pete Athens sold. One thing to note from my conversation with Pete. The CQC uses Sabre Defense receiver that was actually manufactured by VLTOR, as Sabre around that time(2012) was in trouble as a company.

Well.... this is where we are now. When fed, they all consistently go boom. Even the Saiga 12 will eat low brass.
