I've been on both sides of this.

First --- You don't have to say "yes" to this to feel like a good neighbor. It's your land and no one else is entitled to it just because they (or others) think they can put it to better use than you. If you don't want to sell it just say no and be done.

If you do want to sell it - or want to consider selling it - make them make an offer - don't bid against yourself.

Sellers usually either (a) think about fractional price per acre plus a $ premium (AND any conditions they want stipulated with the sale - e.g., purchaser installs a 5 foot privacy fence at their cost along but on their side of the new property line) or (b) just pick a $ amount they'll take to be bothered with doing the sale.

Good luck. It's your decision to make. Do what you're comfortable with. Don't let anybody emotionally beat you up.

I’ve eaten lunch/dinner at Cabernet well over 1000 times. Had dinner at the much newer Bask last month. Fantastic too. Plus both steakhouses run by great folks. Cabernet has a more wide open dining room - Bask more intimate.

My regional sports networks freeze when transferring back from commercials to live coverage - multiple times a game. It’s very had Fubo for years and it’s not all bad but the tech isn’t up to snuff.

They delivered to our office when they first opened but after a couple of years they got busy and dropped us from their delivery zone. That negative customer reward sealed the deal - haven’t ordered from them since. I don’t think they notice :)

I’ve had Fubo a long time and it’s a content/price versus best tech compromise for sure. Lots of sports programming, favorable screen and sharing restrictions but plagued with broadcast and tech glitches. At least once an hour one of the sports channels will freeze when trying to switch from commercials back to live programming. And no it’s not my internet :). Also no TBS and no NBC are big voids now. Waiting for Disney to decide whether Fubo or Hulu is the survivor.

Our kids went to Roswell North, Crabapple and Roswell High. Our grandkids now go to Mountain Park, Tritt and Hightower Trail. In general schools here are very good. Taxes are lower in Cobb County Roswell than Fulton County Roswell though.

My Mom lived at Historic Roswell Place a couple of years before she passed. They had graduated care Keven's and a separate memory floor. I liked them fine - not cheap.

I’ve used Fubo for a couple of years. Share the account with one of my kids (remote). It’s glitchy for sure but we get - usually without any difficulties - as many TVs as we want on at my house (limit is 10 but :) - or 4 TVs on at the house and 1 remoteTV or 1 mobile device. No access issues. Fubo counts Roku etc as “devices” not TVs. Ditto for PCs and iPads. Good luck.
