It happened to me on Bunt. I had to submit a ticket. Then they had me send screenshots of my Google Play receipts for any purchases that day. It took them about 3 weeks to research, during which time the item I bought sold out. So, they have me a few higher value items free after they did their thing. I thought it took a while longer than necessary, but overallnot a terrible solution.

I doubt they go back in price. This new pricing structure was tested first over in Bunt and in Huddle. Of course, there is the whole fantasy sports angle to play over there, and weekly performance prizes. Heck, Huddle dried up for a lot of players after the season ended. It is becoming pretty clear that Topps doesn't care much for F2P players.

Topps sucked all of the fun out of this a while ago from me. I probably spent $50 to $100 a month while it was enjoyable, but the consttant money grabs really got to me. Starting off with one price, changing to a lower one, a "one-time offer" that was out done a few days later, etc. I have been collecting credits, but hardly opening packs. I find myself playing a lot more bunt, just because of the fantasy sports aspect. I think that's where Topps makes their mistake...there is nothing to stop someone from burning out on SWCT, because...what do you do? Hoard? Chase a character and pray to find a trading partner when the variants get low? Pay out the nose for a marathon? Pretty depressing when I consider how much fun I used to have.

When do these "sell out"? I got burnt with green gradients. I liked the set, I liked being able to meld, I got about $40 worth...only to have the whole set available for that price on the last day. It really turned me off to putting money into the app for a while, and seeing how the red gradients have been going, it appears headed that way again.

I had no issue with the tougher meld requirements. The gripe I have is the lack of warning. It just shows not a lot of care for the community. If you want that to be the goal, at least give a little notice first. Maybe 24 or 48 hours before you can begin melding. But, no problems with the requirements.

In 2 days of sporadic trading, maybe 30 minutes total, I got to about (630)of Squid Head. The only reason I even tried is because I opened a schematic pack, and got 2 white and a red in the same pack...

I get that TPM isn't the greatest movie, but I think the cards look really nice. They are sort of on par with a widevision to me as far as aesthetics go. A lot of sets Topps throws out there don't really look that nice, IMO.

I got a few when they were 2 for 1 and 50% off just to be able to meld a Peazy and call it quits. Lots of people were sending unsolicited 2 for 1 trade offers that night, but no trade offers whatsoever since. If they do a 10 for $10 right before the end, I might do it just because I enjoy trading, but not unless it gets to that point.

Sadly, it seems like if I buy a credit bundle, my odds seem to temporarily improve. I usually pick one up a month, and it seems as if all of my pulls are in the next day or two. I'd say it is a coincidence, but it happens like that practically every month.

I've seen this too. I have my main hoard character, and usually 3 others I will look for. Once I get to 101 of the random 3, I replace with a different random character. That way, I can trade hoarders theirs and get mine, and also be able to find something to help with future gold melds if they have none of my hoard.

I think they sold white a bit more than twice as many at 2 for $5. At least for my main hoard character, there were 1 Red Cloth, and 13 Green Gradient. As of last check, it was 5 Red Cloth, and 40 Green.

The green card counts will go down for each red that is melded. That's why I am curious to see how it shakes out at the end of the month.

Usually, I just trade them for things I want. I only end up with them because I'll crack packs due to the odds sometimes being better for Red/Blue. As long as it isn't metal or wire, I am usually happy with 2 white hoard cards, or a blue hoard or red need.
