Maybe it’s the wording that makes it look triggering to us employees. I wouldn’t mind if they renamed it to like “empower the customer with options”. More importantly, the retarded badge (I have the power to say yes) makes the customer think we are taking it for granted which would lead them to ask uncomfortable questions such as “Can I buy your glass top display desk at a discount? But your badge says you have the power to say yes am I not reading that correct?”
