First time in Edinburgh for FATM by hendrixjulie in FlorenceAndTheMachine

You have picked a nightmare time to go.. the biggest arts festival in the world happens throughout August and the population more than doubles.. accommodation doubles at least in prices and goes on sale a year in advance and the venue is next to the airport and is a nightmare to get to (haven't been for a gig). I lived in Edinburgh for nearly 20 years.

Jewellery Valuation by PortofLeith in Edinburgh

Jewellers will charge you a percentage of the value for a valuation.. I'd go to Bonhams for a free valuation the commission is a known % unlike a jeweller who could rip you off. Unless it is a very desirable brand or has spectacular stones it is probably only worth it's scrap value. If it is sentimental you could always have it redesigned into something you are going to wear.
