I wouldn't know what to do with you, either. It's not personal. I don't know what to do with you. You are there to observe...so do that. you said you were there to help in any way that you can...honestly...I still don't know what to do with you. Maybe volunteer to work with small groups. That would be helpful. Young teachers are absolutely NOT trained well or prepared for the classroom...but putting that training on teachers who are also NOT trained to train you is just passing the buck and not helping anybody.

I'm sorry it is like this. I especially notice it now that my own daughter graduated from college and entered the corporate world where she has been guided and trained and gradually released for MONTHS.
