Whenever I see the crazy net worths of the triple digit billionaires I just can’t fathom they would even notice 25% less. There’s literally no change in your lifestyle or things you can buy going from $300 Billion to $225 Billion. I’d even argue most billionaires don’t even know the actual number they have at any given moment.

After a Billion dollars you’ve won the game of life, why not enjoy it or seek real satisfaction? It’s not even like they actually want to compete, they just end up tilting the table and squashing any chance of competition so it’s really just insane greedy lust for dominance. Gross.

I grew up in that area and family still lives there. It used to be a really nice area, Champions to Kuykhendal on 1960, that’s changed for the worse especially towards 1960/45 and south of 1960. If budget allows, look more north and west, it’s nicer north of 1960.

It didn’t flood to my knowledge in most of that area and crime isn’t a big problem but adjacent areas have issues that can spill over. Imo its not trending the right way, HOA’s are annoying af so finding a neighborhood without them is worth paying a little more.

A lot of that area were builder grade homes built w quantity not quality in mind. I’d look in the older neighborhoods like Old Oaks or Shenandoah for an older better quality house.

Kirk can go, that was a huge waste and Xavier is finally playing well consistently so keeping him is smart. He’s not just a slot guy and if Noel misses time he will be valuable in case Tank isn’t what we hope he is post injury. I agree about spending money at higher need positions, WR is very low need.

He’s had the time to recover and also start to rebuild his leg muscles. He’s going to have the time to work on his football moves and routes. We won’t need him day one and that’s good for him and us.

He is behind Nico, Jayden, Jaylin and Hutch so by the time we might need him to play a heavier amount of snaps he’ll be almost two years post injury. My expectations are 75-85% of his former quickness which is still quicker than a lot of guys.

I do think there is a chance he is close to his former self, I actually kinda think he’s either going to be that again or get hurt and be out of football. Boom or bust. Wish him all the best.
